Nice stay with a killer view

We had a 3-night stay in a King Room and the view of downtown was awesome! The bed was super comfy, and I slept like a baby. The location was prime, just a quick walk to shopping and subway. There's a bar, but the drinks fell flat. Plus, one reception staff could use some serious people skills.

The location connects directly to Lenox Square Mall, providing seamless access for shopping and dining without stepping outside. The hotel also offers a complimentary driver within a two-mile radius, making it easy to explore nearby attractions without the hassle of navigating traffic.

Upon arrival, experiencing a system error with room bookings left a bit of a cloud over the stay. Internet access was free, but unexpected charges popped up daily, leaving me questioning what I'd actually signed up for. A few housekeeping quirks included missing items, like a pillow that went AWOL after the first day and delayed room cleaning, which can be annoying when you need to grab a quick change before heading out for the night.

The fitness center was fantastic! Fully equipped and spacious, it really set the tone for a great stay. However, the restaurant for dinner was a bit lacking in options.

the j w marriott atlanta buckhead truly felt like a second home during our stay. a special shoutout to solomon, whose attentiveness with personalized coffee options truly brightened my day. each staff member exceeded expectations, offering joys in unexpected ways. chilling at the elegant bar after a long day was such a treat!

The service stood out with staff members, especially Paul at the bar, being exceptionally accommodating. However, the air conditioning in the room was automated and took too long to cool down, making for an uncomfortable stay, especially in the hot bathroom. The location was convenient, right next to a mall, but the hotel could use some updates to feel more modern and welcoming.
